I am sick and tired of the pathetic service offered by Iburst.
A while ago their excuse was maintenance being done in P.E.
The excuse a week later was Network Equipment having been.
Now after receiving a letter stating that they would give customers 2 gigs of data and won't charge for 3 rd April 2013, it is laughable because the internet service provided by Iburst was down for far longer than just 1 day.
This evening the connection rate is on average at 90%, HOWEVER THE DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE BELOW 50% MOST OF THE TIME TO THE EXTENT THAT THE INTERNET IS UNACCESSIBLE!!!
I am sick and tired of the poor service!!!
I sent an email to Iburst requesting information on how to cancel my contract, but nobody bothered to reply!!!
