No sense of urgency

I sent the Vodashop in Pinetown an email on Wednesday last week. I was enquiring about porting from prepaid to contract. I received no response in about two hours so i called in (cant remember who i spoke to, but it was a male) and i was told the manager was going to read it and get back to me. During that week cant remember the day exactly, i think it was thursday. I called in again and spoke to one Prinesha, who told me the same thing. Up till this very second i still have not received a reply. I am disappointed in their service, they lack urgency.
