In April i upgraded my contract and took a laptop with cell c. A week Later i received the laptop and everything went fine. A month later i called the callcentre as i realised only a R10 was deducted, the consultant then told me that is all i would be paying for the month and no other debits would be taken.
A week later (Thursday 30.05.2013) i called again as i was not convinced that that was what i had owed for the month of April i then spoke to Ayanda who said my bill for the coming month would be R1173 as i had a open contract that was limited to R15 000.
I then informed her that this was never communicated to me as i would then not have agreed to taking the contract as i am not able to afford such premiums. She then informed me that she would be esculating the complaint and i would receive feed back in 48.
I then called again the following Wednesday (05.06.2013) as i had not heard any thing from them and was told they were still trying to retrieve the call and i would receive feedback within 48 hours still nothing.
I now called then yesterday again and the guy would call me before 10 this morning im still waiting and still nothing,
Im not impressed :(
