STOP Playing!
I purchased a R29.00 color your friends package of 100mb data and 100sms's but i was taken for a ride by vodacom. all they did was to take my R29.00 and left me dry with no internet for 69 hours. all they do is to keep empty promises that they still investigasting. i decided to buy mtn data bundles and now using them, so would like to get a refund of my R29.00 fully back into my phone.
It is not my problem that your systems do not work for so many days, all i want is better customer service and value for money. please refund my R29.00 airtime as the data bundle will be useless, i already bought available data from other networks. i cannot really pay for data which will left me wondering if it will ever be loaded into my phone.
