44 Dropped calls on one day

I have been having problems with a bad signal for a year now, and reported it to Virgin Mobile many times. They sent engineers to my house once to test the signal and they found it was indeed bad. Nothing was done about it

On Friday the tech dep finally called me and told me they would be in touch on Monday to come and install a signal booster at my house, where I also work from. Didn't hear from them on Monday.
Dropped calls continue, one day I had as many as 44. On other days, 32, 29, 14, 19. Yesterday I had 6 missed calls - my phone was on and right next to me and didn't ring once. When I finally spoke to the people who tried to reach me they told me my phone would ring and ring on their side, until it went to voice mail.
I am also unable to access the internet, or else it is extremely slow. Whatsapp and bbm messages take forever, often hours, to go through both from me and to me'.
