NO CELLPHONE SIGNAL

My husband and I moved to CellC this year because we were not happy with the service we recieved from MTN and Vodacom. Now that we are with CellC we can't even talk to each other because we have no signal almost all day. We stay in Centurion, NO SIGNAL! I work in Sunninghill and again NO SIGNAL!!! My husband works in Benoni and we can't even phone each other because our phones are permamnently going to voicemail. NO SIGNAL AGAIN!!! My phone does not ring anymore all I get is sms's of missed calls that I've received and then my phone didn't even ring. The data on CellC is VERY BAD as I get an error message all day of the data not being available. My husband doesn't even try using his data as it NEVER works.

Could someone from CellC please assist us??? If we don't get any joy, we will heave to cancel our contracts as it doesn't help having a cellphone and contract anc data in place but not being able to do ANYTHING with our phones due to the SIGNAL OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER CELLC
