2nd thoughts about moving from Vodacom 2 Cell C

After comparing Vodacom's offers for the iPhone 5 against Cell C's, I decided to switch to Cell C because of the simplicity of their contracts and slightly more competitive pricing.

THE CATCH it seems is that while all appears well on their website, the after sales service (or lack thereof) from their stores as well as the complete lack of planning to ensure supply meets demand from higher up is the price one pays when moving from the tried and tested (though more expensive) market leader.

I am still waiting for my handset a month after signing my contract, and other than when I've gone to the store personally to query the progress, I have not yet received so much as an SMS or call to apologise or offer an explanation. Furthermore, because I have cancelled my previous contract in order to change over to Cell C, I am now forced to continue on pay as you go which is costing me a lot more than I would have paid had I kept my previous contract including BIS.

I sincerely hope Cell C (Eastgate) manages to receive my handset, and notify me thereof, within the week or they will have lost a customer.
