I lodged a complaint on the 31st Jan with Hellopeter about the incompetence of Nashua Mobile. Shortly thereafter I received a reply from "BIANCA S" (no surname supplied, ominous indeed) stating that my complaint had reached management level and would be attended to shortly.
12 days later I have still not heard a peep from anyone. As far as my original complaint is concerned I think that this clearly proves how tardy the staff at Nashua Mobile are when it comes to their duties. For a fact the problem that started this whole headache off is that the Store Manager (an incompetent kid) did not remove the massive (and mobile!!) advertising board from in front of his shop. This procrastination appears to be a culture throughout the company and I, the client, am the one being asked to pay for it... ridiculous.
