Not registered on network

I am on a phone contract and it keeps going "not registered on network" and will not call out or receive calls. I call them with other phones and have them fix it, in a few days it just do's it again. I often get reports from persons that can't get through and when I check up I find it has not been registered to the network for days. This is not the only incident with this phone in fact it is fare to unreliable. How do I get out of this contract? I need to earn a living and I can, t do it like this
