Poor Service, Bad Attitude and a day light

My name is Lindeka Ngcongca, I have been a loyal customer of MTN for the past 7 years.

I am very much disappointed with MTN's service. I have a 11 month old blackberry that is still under warranty. Suddenly the phone went blank, I then took my blackberry to Cresta Shopping Centre. It's has been with Cresta for 2 weeks and with no communication whatsoever. I called Cresta today to find out how far with my phone.

I spoke to Elizabeth who was extremely rude to me who hanged up on me, I called again and spoke to the Store Manager who was also rude, that means the staff members and store manager are all the same, they don't care about customer service. The store manager did not even bother to try and help me, but I can guarantee you that if it was someone from his/her family, She was gonna get help within 24 hours. Since I don't have a relative at MTN then I will get last preference.

I then (me - the customer) call MTN Cosmo-Net Hyde Park and spoke to Brian on 011 325 6040, who then assisted me by calling the repairs and they told him that they have sent a quotation of R2, 400.00 to Cresta and nobody replied. All I want is a working phone and I dont have R2400. 00 access.
