I own a Blackberry 9900. I took it to Cresta Vodashop to book the item in for repairs.

I was in the shop this morning just after 09:00 and told them that the track pad is faulty, the battery doesnt last and that the phone looses signal.

At 12:47 I received an sms to advise me that the phone is repaired and that I can collect the phone.

Went all the way back to Cresta collected the phone. The gentlmen said that the software was faulty and that all is in order.

Just to switch the phone back on and the track pad is still running hay wire.

I jnow I have about 4 months left on the contract, but with service like this, I can actually not wait for the contract to end, as I SO want to change my service provider.
