After making several booking and appointments, taking of work 3 times from work after they specified that they will come out to re install the line the either passing the buck or just blocking our cell calls to them to sort out the matter at hand.
They specified that they will pitch up at our home /office and not keeping to their word.
My company, my Job, my wife`s job and my security is now at risk due to empty promises made by these Telkom Technical department staff..
Should I escalate this to ICASA?
