On Tuesday the 23rd of May my mother went to MTN in East Rand Mall to purchase a tablet on contract. As she was there late in the afternoon Danielle said that it could only be processed the next day (Wednesday). My mother told her that she needed it for Thursday and was told that they would work as quickly as possible and that someone would contact her the next day to come collect the tablet. On Wednesday after no contact from anyone! She phoned to see what was going on and there were a whole lot of issues yet no one had bothered to call her. Darren Harris then told her he would sort it out and sms her the next day (Thursday) and no he did not! I eventually went there only to be told that it had not been processed and that Darren was on leave that day! Darren Peterson helped and told me it would be approved today (Friday) and he would phone me to let me know. After no call i phoned only to have someone answer the phone after SEVEN tries!! I was then told that he would call processing now and let me know soon!! I am so disgusted with this servi
