It is seldom that we give thanks to those who assist us.
I would like to thank Darren Hiebner a Senior Consultant from Cape Town Data Support department. Darren assisted me for over an hour with what was thought to be a Vodacom USB modem problem for 2 days. After going through the settings on my laptop and troubleshooting every possible problem, Darren found the problem to be with outgoing gmail settings that had changed and I had not been notified of this and updated my system.
It is not often that staff will go the extra mile before logging a fault with technicians and leaving it for others to deal with.
Once again thank you Darren for assisting me with this problem.
If there is an award for service delivery, I would surely look at Darren to receive this.
