Last year we bought a dining room suit from Rochester, Carnival Mall, Darren was the sales person then. After the suit was delivered, a few months later (about 2 months) one of the chairs had a protruding pin that would scratch us everytime we touched it. We went and informed Darren and he arranged for the chair to be collected from our house to be repaired that was on the 28th February 2013, but the chair was collected in April 2013 before the Easter holidays, up to today we have not recieved the chair.
I have been to Carnival Mall Rochester too many times, everytime I'm there I get promises that the chair will be delivered. This is very frustrating, they treat us like fools, they simply to us to get us away from them. I will never spend my hard earned money at Rochester, they really took us for granted and they continue to about delivering the chair. We were informed Darren got a promotion and he now works at their head office and he deals with returns and repairs, im seriously disapointed in him!!!
