WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

On Sunday 03 Feb i handed my Blackberry in for repairs, for the second time at the Tygervalley store. 1stly, the store manager is uniformed, Estie. She then told me that the phone would be checked as calls, bbm's and smses werent coming through, even when it had signal. The phone was then "checked and i was told to collect on Monday 04 Feb. I collected at 5:30, after which she told me the technician did a software upgrade, and all is well. ALL WAS NOT WELL!!! The very same night the phone gave me the same problem. I called them on 05 Feb to advise of this, at this point i was put on hold about 10 times, holding for Estie, and no-one ever comes back to me. I then hang up, and call back! This happened 15-20 times!

I eventually got through to Estie who apologized, as usual, and told me to bring the phone in again. I called ARC in Joburg who told me that the service i have recieved was unacceptable, I AGREED. ARC has advised that they would check the phone for me, and motivate for a replacement as this is the 3rd time i require repairs on one handset. I accepted that and am awaiting contact.

No1 at the Tygervalley Repairs store ever offers to go the extra mile? Customer Service?
