I have handed in a BB Cellphone on the 13th January 2013 at Cell C, N1 City after the scroller packed up during my vacation. Without any response for about a month, I've approach them to find out what the problem is. This all happened after phoning Monique (Regional Manager for Franchises in that area). I was then informed that the warrenty has expired and that I needed to pay for the repairs. That all happened on the o8thof Feb. 2013 whereby i have given the right away to repair. On the 09th of Feb. I recieved a call from Cell C, wanted to know if they can go ahead with the repairs on the phone. Why they were by calling me again, only they wil no. On the 14th of Feb, I recieved back the phone after replacement of the scroll bar, but only to have the same problem before handed it in for repairs on the 16th of Feb. I then took the phone to Tygervalley on the same day and was promised preference service due to this problem. Today the 21st Feb. I just made an enquiry on the repairs, only to be informed that this specific handset was only sent away for repairs today. It is now been 41 days that Cell C is not keeping myself up to date with the repairs and is slowing the process of repairs
