I complained last week about Cell C's lack of interest and competence to fix an issue with my iMessage service not activating on their network. They were very quick to send me a reference number (1740556) and reply on Hello Peter but after that nothing has happened I have again had to call the useless call centre with no follow up from them on the issue either.
The service I have received is disgusting and probably the worst service I have ever received in South Africa, that is saying a lot on its own.
I would like to actually cancel this contract as it is unacceptable the way this company has carried on.
