Reported phone out of order on Monday 4th Feb 2013. (Ref 1854CRK040213). Followed up on Wed 6th Feb 2013 and was told by call centre that the technician had located the fault on the network but had run out of time and that the fault would be fixed on Thursday 7th Feb 2013. Followed up on Thurs 7th Feb 2013 as fault still not fixed. This time I was told that a technician had not even been allocated - in other words the call centre operator on Wednesday to me!!! I requested that the issue be elevated as it was urgent and I requested a reference number. I was told that the call could be elevated/expedited, but that I couldn't get a reference number for this.
It is now Monday 11th and I still have no service. I phoned the call centre against and spoke to Gugu. She informs me that no technician has been allocated and that the service call has not been elevated!!! So this means that the women I spoke to on Thursday also and in addition did not do her job. Instead of advertising how great your service is on Radio 702, spend the money on responsible staff and more technicians. I have now been given an escalation a reference of 493483. Your service is non-existent!!!
