Overcharge and they never call back

I have been a Vodacom subscriber for a number of months, I use an" i pad" and I have a 2gig contract that costs me R149 a month, Then in November I get an account for R1500. I am in shock I call the call centre, they say they will investigate and come back to me, a week late r nobody comes back to me, I go to the store where I got the contract, they call the back office as I understand it and they will call me back after checking who used all this broadband. Hay they do call back and tell me it was my own downloads I say never impossible I don't download anything no music no videos no movies, this guy is insistent its me, I ask him to give me what was downloaded and I can see if I made a mistake, no sorry no can do as per Vodacom policy.
I then try to cancel the contract cool just pay R3000 =/-, I call the call centre to try and resolve this, they will call me back, nobody call back I call again and so it goes on.
Then I go to Vodaworld and see a lady by the name of Bapsie, she looks at the problem and is most understanding, she will help and sort out this problem, she tell me to pay in the arreerrs excluding the overcharge and all will be sorted, I pay, still waiting
