Poor Procedure and Service

Earlier this year i took my HTC One X in for repairs at Cellc Repair Center Tyger Valley because the phone randomly went off and and didn't want to start up again. After telling me it would take two weeks, it took just over three weeks and when I asked for an update on what's happening, I never received any replies. I had to go into the shop before getting answers.

Once I received "my" phone back there was a nick on my phone which wasn't there and they told me they will have to send it in again. I wasn't happy at all and eventually left it since I need a phone!!! Didn't get a loan unit, they didn't even offer. Three months down the line, my phone is giving problems again. A gut feeling kicked in and I checked my IMEI number... not my phone. How do you swap a phone without telling the owner and giving them new packaging. Further more now I have to wait again and NO special attention is being given after Cellc messed up. I also phoned HTC repairs, my phone has never been to them for repairs, which means you are not using correct repairs services, which in turn voids my phones warranty with HTC.

You have not provided service and to me, what would you do in my shoes?
