Shahiem is unhelpful, refuses to understand a client's point of view, there is a SALES CALL involved, he did not even bother to listen to the call or properly investigate a complaint!!!

As you bluntly refused to refund my R800 excess and referred me to Liquid Capital - I have done that (Take note of Thabo's email below), they have now referred me back to SA Warranties.
Just of the sales call below:
Sales consultant: "if you have any kind of vehicle accident what so ever - or in the event of your vehicle being a write-off" we will refund your excess up to R1000- Now as I stated to you before this is what I remember being told - you should listen to the call - I accidentally bumped by car pulling in and scratching my bumper that resulted in a claim where I paid R800 in excess. That to me is an accident as I did not intentionally bump my car to pay an excess and claim it back from you - I claimed because I recall being told I could claim. This has proved to be correct.
Please ensure one of the following BY COB today:
o Refund my excess R800 based on advise given when policy was sold: FNB Curreno Cancel the policy and refund all my premiums!
