Went to the vodacare store in Cresta and I filled in a for insurance. I left it with the manager and I left. He told me what the cost of the insurance would be, but gave me no other info. about 2.5 weeks, I called and they advised that it hadnt been activated. they said that they would do it that day. When i submitted a claim, it was rejected because I took the sim from the phone, because I was having trouble. this information was not given to me, in fact, the T&c only came 5 weeks later. I fought with vodacom and they finally agreed to my claim. They advised that there was a R800 excess, R300 for claiming within 30 days. even though it was about 45, I agreed & went to the store to get my phone and the lady at Cellsure advised on the phone that they didnt have the one i wanted because it was discontinued, but she had called fourways, and they had a similar one but it would cost R1300 for the phone. when I got to the store, the price went to R1800. How can an R800 claim go up by R1000 in a day? Answer from cellsure, the stock was purchased in different months. Utter bull, they just want more money and not 1 person I called was at all helpful. You would think it was their own
