Still waiting for my phone

Hi, I ported from Vodacom to Cell C in December, 13/12/2012, i took out a new contract, straight up 200 for the iPhone 5 wit 300mb extra data. After 4 days i took the phone back due to the fact that the battery only lasted 6hours. They said in the store its not right and it is an OBF (out of bock failure) and because i took it back in the 7day period i will get a new phone in maximum 14days. I still haven't received a phone or any feedback. I am paying for this expensive phone and I had to go back to use my old Blackberry, and i then had to pay for my BIS services just to use my phone. So now I am paying for my minutes and sms witch is fair, but i am paying for data that i am not able to use. and i had to pay extra for the BIS services. I am very disappointing in the level of service and feedback i have received (not received) so far from Cell C, its not a good start. I just want my Iphone 5!!!
