Ive not received any solid feedback relating to my Query. MTN simply deducted money out of my account for January because someone just didnt bother to close my account after I informed them well ahead of time in email and telephonically. This contract was to end after my last payment December 2012.
I Received an email on the 31st of January From Boy Jones and a call from Somayya Akhalwaya stating that a credit will be processed and have not heard anything since. I Mailed Boy Jones for feedback but received no reply so I had to resort to coming back here for feedback.
I really hope that by some miracle they were finally able to close off this account and end all business I have with them.
Whatever specials they have, I will never do business with MTN again. Customer service is a deal sealer for me and apperently a foreign topic for MTN. Dont enter into any contracts with MTN... eve
