I upgraded my cell phone in December, and since then it's been on the blink four times. It switches off, and then I cannot get it back on. I'ts also been away for 2 weeks, got it back, only worked for 5 days and it died again, even though it was fully charged. When it was sent away, it was merely a software upgrade!!! If there is a fault, why can I not just get a Replacement, instead being without a phone and paying for something I cannot use!!!
