My service was suspended on Monday 11/02/2013 due to outstaning amounts (for which I only received the account on 03/02/2013- I must also just add that when I phoned in January 2013 to find out what the balance due was I was told it's R0.00???), I immediately paid the amounts due and my service has not been reconnected. On Monday I was told 2 - 7 hours for reconnection, yesterday I was told 48 hours and today I was told 72 hours, tomorrow it will probably be 96 hours??? I have from the start only had problems with 8ta!!! The service and after sales service is just the worst I have ever seen! I do not know what to do anymore or who to speak to. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???
