Downgrading my contract from 1500 to the 369 package and I will lose any minutes I have on the old contract. I was told by WESLEY GOVENDER a manager at MTN GATEWAY as I have over R3000 minutes they will given me 5 x months worth of minutes available on the 369 package. I did not agree with this and asked RUBEN GOVENDER the consultant to accelerate my displeasure. The next day I was told I cannot have any minutes - the manager was BEVERLEY LANGA - I again asked for this to be accelerated to a higher level and was told all management are in a meeting, i asked for the regional manager - was told hes in a meeting - i asked for the MD - same meeting - BEVERLEY LANGA assured me she will report back to me before end of work Friday - no contact was made
