I have been trying to cancel an existing contract. I visited the Sandton City store who was not able to assist who referred me to a call centre, who advised the store should have assisted me. Today I phoned both the call centre and store and was transferred about 7 times as no one was able to assist. The call centre agent agreed that I had been given a really raw deal and have every right to request to cancel. But no one seems to have the know how of how to assist me!
