Not only did I just spend the good part of 45 minutes more or less at Nedbank, wasting my lunch break & missing a meeting, in order to sort out my card due to the magnetic strip being faulty & to get a new one.
I then asked to draw R500, the teller withdrew R5000!
Obviously this was NOT what I requested & demanded they reverse it!
To then be told to step aside with bad attitude, to be coughed & spluttered on from the teller whom made the mistake & wait for the branch manger. Eventually another teller had to call the manager because i queried how long it would take & that i needed to get back to the office.
The branch manager came out eventually with an attitude, told me that I needed to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for her to reverse it because she was in a meeting.
By this time i was extremely late & annoyed!
If you can't handle my money properly maybe i need to find another bank that can!
She then proceeded to speak to the teller in another language, walked off in a huff to the back, about 10-15 minutes later she came back in a huff, muttered it had been done with no apologies for the error.
Where's the customer service?
