I am so angry as i am writing this

i reduced my cell c contract from about 700 minutes per month to 400 minutes per month.

i received a sms this morning that the migration was completed.

i had a balance of about 1200 minutes and imagine my surprise when i only had 300 minutes this morning.

i phoned autopage and they told me when you change your contract you lose your minutes.

i have paid for these minutes and did not change my cell phone company. i believe this is unconstitutional

if i had the money i would have taken them to court
