I recently opened a contract at MTN for the Galaxy S3, this is supposed to be a Top-Up 200 contract. The first month was fine as I received my airtime like I should. At the end of the month I received a SMS telling me a debit order failed for 1178.51. I then spoke to an agent and i was told that the amount is for 3 phones, I only have the one contract. Then I found out that this contract is in someone else's name. They are billing the wrong account and I get the notifications. I have told the agents 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done. I don't even have a copy of the contract and my details aren't anywhere on their systems. Its like nobody knows what is going on, I am so frustrated and i just want to take the phone back and open a contract somewhere else. I am sick of this. My contract even changed from a top up to a normal contract which usually costs more, this is not what i signed up for.. I don't even want to be charged for anything as this is not my fault and I have to go around getting people to try fix it, which obviously they are failing miserably at.
