Ad service, i have 3 week logged a complain

Cell C is bad on customer service, i have logged a complain on hello peter and they only called me once and never again. and i logged the same complain with their customer service 2 week back and i am still waiting here is the ref no:3013003237. you whats fustrating is i cant use the internet but i have a modem. your service is kaaaaak. i want my money back
