My name is Zanele Mandlake and I recently entered into a contract with MTN. My cellphone number is 0823262206 and my account number is A4782631. I have been incorrectly billed an amount of R 2 300 even though I am on a Top-up contract, to pay R285 per month.
I have been told that I need to forward a copy of the contract that I sined when I collect the phone, so that I credit that I asked for to be processed. I have emailed a copy of the contract and have not received a response from MTN.
