When is this going to be resolved?

So after having been billed double for a new contract in December, and paying connection fee. Vodacom then decided to charge me in January for the use of my line in December and also connection fee after the connection was already charged in December. Fine. Then pay back every cent I paid in December.. You have charged me double now for two months in a row and also charged me twice for a connection fee on a single contract. Get your act together please.
