Went in to Telkom Direct store at South Coast Mall.
Paid outstanding amount at 10:41.
Asked Nomvuyiso to make sure line is unsuspended. She said it will be done automatically.
Line still suspended at 16:15. Tried calling the Sc Mall branch, goes to voicemail. Phoned 10210, spoke to Kate. She said payment was not allocated. I gave her the ta number 33451. She allocated the payment, and said because the reconnections dept closes at 16:00, I will have to wait 24 hours to be reconnected.
Now because Nomvuyiso did not allocate the payment when it was made, I cannot access internet and am loosing business.
