I spoke to Kim Thornton ((995230) regarding my cell phone number which happens to be in my husbands name. There was an outstanding balance which he paid, I know there is an outstanding amount of around R100 however he paid what was invoiced and he will pay the R100 on his return from overseas.
I STILL get sms's saying: Your Vodacom debit order for R 947.00 was returned unpaid. Send code ARR to 31050 to receive available account payment options. For queries call 0821946. - I still get an automated call saying payment is outstanding. Sort it out. Now. I enquired about being able to get information (a possible form) to enquire about my phone number without having to hassle my husband. I was told power of attorney, but even then, I have to quote a reference number each time. With that being said, I have already enquired with 2 other providers regarding this and they say they will be able to add me on so I enquire without hassles. So it looks like I will be closing my account when the contract is up. If the amount outstanding is R100, update your system. Not impressed. Highly annoyed as I was told this matter was resolved.
