Changing of ownership of contract

I went there in Aug 2012 with the neccesary documents to upgrade, change ownership, cancelled the sms bundle and put the contract on my name. I also paid R150 for the upgrade. Portia assured everthing is changed I can go. I realised only in Dec that they didnt subtract my monthly subscription from my bank acc. I phoned customer care only to find out the phone is still (after 3months) on my dads name and they subtract the money from his acc. I went back to Portia on the 12Dec 2012 to sort it out only to find out all my documents were lost no filing system what so ever. She asked for all the documents again I refused because I gave it to her not my problem if she lost it! There were also another R150 fee for changing of ownership which she didnt even mention the previous time. She filled in the neccesary form and change the banking details. She assured me the money will go off on Friday 14Dec. Nothing happened that day she phoned me on the 29th Dec and said the money is still going to go of from my dads acc in dec as they dont have a copy of his ID (previous 1 where lost) He was on holiday and only returned 06 Jan 2013. Hopefully it will be sorted out this week. Customer service stinks
