Very slow / no internet since 1 Jan - phoned call centres 13 times- eventually a technician send out on 8 Jan - he found transmission problems- still waiting for vodacom to respond and tell me what they are going to do. Phoned again yesterday and today - also tried regional office in PE, but when clock struck 5 o' clock she disconnected my call. Vodacom 4 U in Berea also of no help - when I then want to cancel the contract - they respond by saying they first have to see how many months are left?!? WHAT!!
