No usage update for 3 days

After having my internet not work all day on Monday and then super slow internet on Tuesday, I checked the usage regularly to see what was available. No changes were made to the usage. I checked various times a day. Now all of a sudden the usage has been updated and the bundle was depleted and I went over the bundle. Had you updated the usage this would not have happened.
Vodacom's service is shocking. No explanation or apology for the internet not working or being slow and then the usage doesn't get updated but, you're very quick to charge.
The internet is still slow on all three of my vodacom contracts and has been since Tuesday. Maybe it's time to look into your internet service.
