NO SIGNAL SINCE 8AM & NO MORE DOWNLOADING

NO SERVICE FOR VODACOM AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT THEIR NETWORKS WAS DOWN. TWO OF US SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO EACH IN THE OFFICE AND BOTH OUR CELLS SHOW GSM NO MATTER WHAT WE DO. WILL WE BE GETTING A REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE TIME THAT WE CAN NOT USE OUR CELLS. BOTH MYSELF AND MY COLLEGUE LOADED AIRTIME AND BIS FOR R59 AND THERE IS NO AIRTIME LEFT. VODACOM TAKES AND TAKES AND TAKES AND GIVES NOTHING BACK. I WAS TOLD TODAY AS WELL WHEN DOWNLOADING THROUGH MY INTERNET BROWSER [URL Removed] WHICH IS NOT STREAMING THAT IT IS NOT UNLIMITED ANY LONGER AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO A FEW OF US THAT WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY THE DOWNLOADS WERE STOPPED A WEEK AGO AND OUR INTERNET BROWSER IS SO SLOW THAT IT KEEPS TIMING OUT. BBM HAS BEEN SLOW FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS BEING SLOW AND NOT TALKING ABOUT ANY OF THE OTHER THINGS LIKE FACEBOOK, WECHAT, BADOO, WHATSAPP. NO OTHER NETWORK SEEMS TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM.

CATCH A WAKE UP VODACOM AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REIMBURSEMENT FOR BAD SERVICE AND BREACH OF CONTRACT
