To the manager,

I have booked in my Blackberry 8520 on 02/02/2013, I did not receive any feedback from Vodacom repairs until I called in on 07/02/2013, the lady I spoke with advised me that I should email customer service rather, which I did, I got an email on 08/02/2013, I responded to that email on the same day, I got a reply on 12/02/2013, I responded twice on the same day and got a response on 19/02/2013, which I responded to.

1. Firstly, Vodacom takes too long to get back to their customers.
2. Secondly, My phone is under a 2 year warranty, however Vodacom refuses to repair my phone as they claim that I have physically damaged my phone which is not true, Vukile (customer service agent) requests me to pay R720.00 in order to get my phone repaired.
3. During this ongoing email battle, I asked Vukile to escalate this query to his manager, however he did not.
4. I asked him to terminate the contract or upgrade my contract in order to sort this query, as I require my phone for both business and personal purposes, however he hasn't given me any positive feedback.

I am very disappointed with the service at Vodacom, as I have never given them any hassle with regards to my monthly p
