To whom it may concern:
I am very disappointred with the service that I have been receiving from MTN. MTN has been struggling to resolve my Broadband issue for the past two month without success.
I have a MTN Broadband package. On this contract I have two SIM cards. One is utilized on my iPad mini, the other for my notebook via USB.
The connection on my iPad is running at - 9~12 Mbps. The connection via the USB is running at 256 Kbps.
How is this possible??? The one is running at optimal speed, while the other is worst then a dial up.
Not to mention that I do not run both connection simultaneously. Either one is off when the other is on.
I have been struggling for the past two months with support from your help desk and even the technicians gave up. When I went to your store in Woodmead, the useless consultant said that I needed to send the USB modem in for repairs and it would take up to 2 weeks. I utilize the connection for business and this is not acceptable.
This is a system error and if the MTN staff were willing to help this could be resolved within minutes.
I am considering cancelling all three of my contacts with MTN and go to a SP that wants to help
