OK, I am going to keep it short.
Got a 10 gig Data contract from 8ta. Have not once had a 3g connection. only poor 2g connection, according to your coverage map i am in full 3g range. it took about 2 min for this hellopeter page to actually load. it is so slow, Facebook takes 5 min to open,
I have this contract for only 4 days now.
No use phoning the call center, incompetent people working there. Keep telling me to reboot my PC???
What the is happening???
If I dont get a decent reply, and if the connection doesnt improve, I WILL be canceling this contract.
AND YES I CAN CANCEL IT, AND YOU CANNOT HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MONEY. YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING, I WILL NOT PAY...
