Booked in my phone that was 8 days old with Vodacare Menlyn with Sizwe and CLEARLY stated I need the phone to be couriered to Sandton for me to pick it up. Thei Wednesday I get a call from Menlyn saying the phone is done, and I asked why is was not sent to Sandton as requested, they said it was never noted on the repair. So I asked them to send it and I was ensured it would be at Sandton by the latest Thrusday afternoon. I drove all the way to Sandton and they knew nothing about the phone. After 40min of calling around we find out the phone was never sent. I then asked Menlyn to courier it to my work as I dont have the time and money to drive to Sandton again and he refused as he was unwilling to go out of his way to assist me in solving their mistake and refused to escalate it to the manager Pieter van der Westhoizen!

AWEFUL SERVICE! I am ashamed to say I worked for Vodacom!
