The poor service doesn't fail to stop from this service provider, the have no regards to turnaround times and their call centre employs a bunch of unprofessional consultants who have no understanding for service, i called on Monday notifying cell c that i had erroneously made a manual payment and they had also run a debit on my account and requested refund for the money i had manually paid, i was informed a request will be logged and i would receive feedback within 24-48 hours i have had no response and today is Friday. I made numerous calls on Thursday and Friday requesting to speak to management as i was not receiving feedback and was hung up on or kept waiting for over 15 minutes and ended hanging up, this is not the first time Ive experience such disregard of TAT from Cell C and clearly this is a trend in your organisation i regret the day i took out a contract with this company and as a service manager myself will ensure i never make the same mistake again, i ask myself how you operate your admin and call centre!!!
