i am one of the customer that was over debited 9 times R160 by vodacom and i called them to inform them and get a reason why was i over debited but they could not provide me with the reasonable explaination but they promissed me a refund and told me to wait for 24 hours to reeceive a response about my claim n they never called and i had to call i n again and now they tell me to wait 7 day and again 7-12 which made me see that this company really has no proper structure when it come to addressing customers complain which is why i shall take this further to ombusman with my bank, wendy noll and consumer protection and further more to make vodacom responsible for their inconvenience caused and show constumers that they are not as assisting as they claim to be.
