MTN Helps with Cell C Pruduct

I had a problem with my Cell C speed stick which I bought in August 2012 at Cell C The Glen L2. I took it back today as I could not connect to the internet with it. The consultant took me down to the Cell C Level 1 in The Glen. After quite a few attempts by the consultant on one of Cell C`s laptops he then changed some setting on the laptop and told me, my speed stick was working. I put it in my laptop only to find it not working. The consultant began to find fault with my laptop and as I refused to accept his explanation he started to become impatient with me. I eventually left to meet a friend at MTN The Glen. My friend was be assisted by a consultant named Thabo, I explained to my friend what happened at Cell C. Thabo very friendly continued to assist my friend and we had moved on to a few different topics of conversation. Thabo then completed assisting my friend and as we were about to walk away Thabo then asked me what the problem with my speed stick was. I explained it to him and he advised me what to do. I followed his advise because it made sense and it worked. It was quite simple. Glad to know MTN know`s Cell C products better then Cell C staff Thanks Thabo you the best.
