Good day,

I recently went into your N1 Telkom Direct outlet last week Monday or Tuesday roughly 5h40pm and honestly received the worst possible service ever. Unfortunately did not get the lady's name, but she was a big fat coloured lady with short frizzy hair.

When enquiring about the Huawei E5331 on Internet 5 promo, she insisted that there is no such deal and I would have to purchase the router seperately. I then told her that I'm absolutely sure I have seen the deal and it is - R250 per month, she quite rudely and abruptly said "Read the deal correctly" which I take great offense to as there were quite a bit of people in the store and left me feeling quite embarressed.

Now when logging on your website again, I see the "deal" is still on. This now proves that besides dropping down to the quality of service one would expect from a Spaza Shop, as I was not greeted nor a smile exchanged, you also have incompetent staff that are uneducated with your deals/offers.

I am currently a Vodacom customer who spends roughly R1500 per month on airtime. I am now not no certain that I want to switch over to 8ta if my business as well as myself as a consumer and individual is not valued
