I got a dsl line 3 weeks ago which was installed for me and worked fine. 2 weeks later it stopped working. Yesterday I went to Telkom Menlyn and had it replaced and got good service there. Not having installed it the 1st time i did it the best i could but wasnt able to get it working. I called technical support today and thinK i spoke to garry who did try to help me, but refused to confirm some of the connections and just says it shows on his computer that its working. I asked him twice and said I remembered a little different but im not sure about the grey wire, once again he wouldn't confirm where it is suppose to go and said i must get a IT consultant out. NOTHING changed on my computer, so it doesn't seem right, why do i have to spend money on that now when I think it is the cables! This is not my fault and I will not pay for this. YOu need so send someone out to fix this. It can not possibly be my computer. I used the exact same system. only a week earlier! This adsl has become more of a hassle than anything else.
Come fix the problem or take your d-link back!
